Hello! I’m Jef Harmatz, a writer, illustrator and cartoonist. I’m making comics about cooking and food, which combines two of my favorite things. Comics are an amazing medium for conveying technique and emotion, two key components of a great meal. I’ll continue to develop recipes, visit new locales, and speak with more incredible chefs, historians and foodies, all in pursuit of making cooking comics.
